• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments must be made securely via credit card (Square), PayPal, or in person with cash or debit at the Sudbury Market.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to fraud detection, pricing errors, inventory shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• For retail/wholesale orders, payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free pickup available Saturdays at Sudbury Market (pre-orders recommended)
• $5 flat fee for local delivery within Sudbury area
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery/pickup details
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed pickup times

5. Returns and Refunds

Key points:

• All sales are final after product inspection at pickup/delivery
• Manufacturer defects may be eligible for refund/replacement within 30 days with proof of purchase
• Special orders outside our local service area are non-refundable once processed
