Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can order online through our website for pickup at the Sudbury Market or local delivery. Simply add products to your cart, select your preferred delivery method at checkout, and complete payment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards (via Square), PayPal, and cash/debit for in-person purchases at the Sudbury Market.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes! We use SSL encryption and trusted payment processors (Square and PayPal). We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
Pickup & Delivery
Q: Where and when can I pick up my order?
A: Free pickup is available every Saturday from 9am–2pm at the Sudbury Market, Elm Place (40 Elm Street, Downtown Sudbury). Orders should be placed by Friday 5pm for Saturday pickup.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We offer local delivery within the Greater Sudbury area for a flat fee of $5. Delivery is typically within 2-3 business days.
Q: What if I miss my pickup time?
A: Orders not picked up by 2:00 PM will be held until the following Saturday, or can be arranged for delivery (delivery fee applies).
Products
Q: What ingredients do you use?
A: We use only natural ingredients — real fruit, natural flavors, and pure cane sugar. No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Check individual product pages for full ingredient lists.
Q: Do you have sugar-free options?
A: We currently offer semi-sweet tea options with reduced sugar. Check our product listings for current availability.
Q: How should I store your products?
A: For best taste and quality, refrigerate after purchase and consume within 3-4 days of opening. Unopened products have a best-before date printed on the bottle.
Retail & Wholesale
Q: Do you sell to retailers?
A: Yes! We offer a wholesale program with 30% off case orders (24 units). Contact us at sales@sippingviking.ca to learn more.
Q: Where can I buy your products in stores?
A: Our products are available at select retailers in Sudbury, Coniston, Lively, and Chelmsford. Check our Find Us page for locations.

Q: How does the loyalty card work?
A: Get a stamp for each purchase. Collect 5 stamps and your 6th purchase is 25% off! Pick up your loyalty card at the Sudbury Market.
