Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sipping Viking, we offer convenient local delivery and pickup options to serve our customers in the Sudbury area. Please review our delivery and pickup guidelines below.
Pickup at Sudbury Market
Location: The Elm Place, 40 Elm Street, Downtown Sudbury, Ontario
Hours: Every Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Cost: FREE
How it works:
- Place your order online through our website
- Select “Pickup at Sudbury Market” at checkout
- Orders should be placed by Friday 5:00 PM for Saturday pickup
- Visit our booth at the Sudbury Market on Saturday
- Bring your order confirmation (email or screenshot)
- Inspect your order upon pickup
Note: Orders not picked up by 2:00 PM will be held until the following Saturday or can be arranged for delivery (delivery fee applies).
Local Delivery
Service Area: Greater Sudbury area (including Coniston, Lively, Chelmsford, Garson, and Val Caron)
Cost: Flat fee of $5.00 per order
Delivery Days: Tuesday through Saturday (excluding market days for market-area deliveries)
How it works:
- Place your order online and select “Local Delivery” at checkout
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
- We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm delivery time
- Delivery times are typically between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Someone must be available to receive the order or provide safe drop-off instructions
- Payment must be completed online before delivery
Special Orders & Wholesale
For orders outside our local service area or wholesale/retail orders:
- Contact us at sales@sippingviking.ca
- Delivery fees will be calculated based on distance and order size
- Wholesale orders may qualify for free delivery within Sudbury area
- Shipping outside Ontario available by special arrangement only
Order Processing Time
- Market Pickup: Orders placed by Friday 5:00 PM available Saturday
- Local Delivery: Orders typically delivered within 2-3 business days
- Wholesale Orders: Delivery scheduled within 7 days of payment confirmation
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery details
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed pickup times
- Products should be refrigerated after delivery/pickup for best quality
- In case of inclement weather, market pickup may be cancelled (we will notify you)
